Carefully Selected & Fully Vetted
We take great care in choosing the best team members for Busy Bumbles. All staff undergo a thorough selection process, including reference checks and Police vetting, ensuring the highest level of trust and safety. Many of our team members have backgrounds in education, childcare or parenting, bringing valuable experience and insight to their roles.
Ongoing Training & Development
To ensure we provide the best possible care, all staff complete high-quality training in areas such as first aid, behaviour management and health and safety. With ongoing support, professional development and access to comprehensive policies and guidelines, our team is well equipped to provide a fun, safe and engaging environment.

Our carers prioritise open and friendly interactions with both children and parents, making drop-offs and pick-ups a reassuring and positive experience. Our Director, Rebecca Macey
Busy Bumbles is owned and directed by Rebecca Macey, a working mum of two who recognised the need in her own community for quality before and after school care. Rebecca has over twelve years teaching experience, an Education Degree, a Post Graduate in School Management and was second in charge of a private school before the launch of Busy Bumbles. She is a high calibre teacher with particular strengths in behaviour management, and excels in creating warm, friendly environments where children thrive.
